LMS Configuration

Overview

The LMS Configuration page controls how grades are captured and interpreted across the Learning Management System. Use this page to choose the grading system and define the grading scale entries used for subjects.

Where to find it

Go to Settings → Configuration → LMS.

What you can configure

1) Subject grading system

Select the grading system used by the institute:

• Percentage
• Letter Grade
• GPA Scale

This selection applies to all subject grading workflows.

2) Grading scale

Maintain the grading scale rows that map grades to performance thresholds.

Each row contains:

• Grade (e.g., A+)
• Minimum Percentage (e.g., 90)
• Grade Point (e.g., 10.0)

Actions:

• Add Grade to insert a new row.
• Remove to delete a row (at least one row is required).

Saving changes

Select Save Changes to update the LMS configuration. You’ll see a success or failure message after the update completes.

Status indicator

A status badge shows whether the LMS configuration is currently Active or Inactive. This status is read-only on this page.
