Student Information System (SIS)

Comprehensive student lifecycle management from admission to graduation.


Overview

The Student Information System (SIS) is the core module for managing all student-related data and processes. It provides tools to handle:

  • Student Records - Complete student profiles, enrollment, and academic history
  • Class Management - Class records, sections, and teacher assignments
  • Attendance Tracking - Daily attendance marking and analytics
  • Leave Management - Student leave requests and approvals

Getting Started

First-Time Setup

  1. Configure Academic Structure

    • Set up standards/grades in Configuration
    • Create sections for each standard
    • Define subjects and assign to standards
  2. Create Class Records

    • Navigate to Classes
    • Classes are created per academic year
    • Assign class teachers to each class
  3. Enroll Students

    • Add students via Students
    • Assign students to appropriate classes
    • Complete student profiles with required information
  4. Start Daily Operations
